Requirements

  • Mastery of a specialty area and full knowledge of industry practices, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience
  • Broad knowledge of project management
  • Baccalaureate degree (or equivalent for degrees earned outside the United States per 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A)) and minimum 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Supports and manages various components of the customer lifecycle, including pre-sales process, set-up, onboarding and training, onsite engagement, technical support, customer renewals, product improvements, up- and cross-selling, and coaching of the commercial team to maintain customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Tracks customer performance, maintains customer engagement, acts as a consultant, and deploys strategies to maximize product value and enable customer goal achievement
  • Delivers and/or manages assigned projects, working with stakeholders to achieve desired results
  • Acts as a mentor to colleagues or directs the work of lower-level professionals
  • Manages large projects or processes with considerable latitude in determining deliverables and limited oversight
  • Coaches, reviews, and delegates work to lower-level specialists
  • Contributes to defining the direction for new products, processes, standards, or operational plans based on business strategy, with significant impact on work group results
  • Develops solutions to moderately complex problems and/or makes moderate to significant improvements to processes, systems, or products independently
  • Represents the organization as a primary contact for specific projects and initiatives; communicates with internal and external customers and vendors at various levels
  • Negotiates with others to reach understanding or agreement and influences decision-making
  • Provides guidance, coaching, and training to other employees within the job area
  • Manages major/moderately complex projects, involving delegation of work and review of work products, at times acting as a team leader
