Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior GTM leadership, managers, and employees to understand global business needs and translate insights into innovative HR strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and boost employee engagement
  • Lead talent management strategies to support employee growth at all levels, identify key skills, ensure right people in right roles, implement retention programs, and provide career development guidance
  • Act as advisor for employee relations, provide confidential support, resolve conflicts, ensure positive work environment, and guide leaders on complex people matters
  • Lead organizational change initiatives including org design, team health, and transformation, ensuring smooth transitions, clear communication, and alignment
  • Design, launch, and manage global HR programs supporting business objectives and company culture, such as performance management, compensation planning, and employee engagement
  • Mentor and coach other HR professionals, share best practices, improve HR approach, monitor emerging trends, and share insights with the team
