Requirements

Candidates should possess over 7 years of experience in a technical role supporting Go-to-Market functions, with deep expertise in administering and developing within a leading CRM platform like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics 365. Proficiency with Marketing Automation Platforms such as Marketo, Pardot, or HubSpot is required, along with strong experience in API integrations and familiarity with iPaaS platforms like Workato, Tray.io, or Zapier. The role also requires the ability to write and understand code/scripts in SQL, Python, or JavaScript, a solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling, and proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail and strong collaboration and communication skills are also essential.

Responsibilities

The Principal GTM Engineer will oversee and optimize the technical architecture for core GTM applications, including CRM, Marketing Automation, Sales Engagement, and Customer Success platforms. They will design robust integrations between various GTM systems using APIs, iPaaS solutions, and custom scripting to ensure seamless data flow and automate processes. Responsibilities include developing and managing data pipelines for accurate data movement, identifying opportunities to automate workflows, and acting as a subject matter expert for complex GTM system issues. The role involves partnering with SysOps and IT teams on foundational infrastructure and security, evaluating and recommending new GTM technologies, creating technical documentation, and assisting in training GTM teams. Performance monitoring of GTM systems and proactive issue identification are also key duties.
