Requirements

6+ years of experience in Design for web and mobile products (ideally using Figma as a primary design tool)
Have designed and shipped products that are used in the wild
Previous sports design and/or high school/college experience playing sports
Customer empathy - enjoy thinking about customer segments and user experiences, seek out data and anecdotes to build better designs
Strong familiarity with atomic design systems and a keen attention to detail
Experience with prototyping and prototyping solutions
Bonus: Illustration and Animation experience

Responsibilities

Design UI/UX features and experiences for mobile and desktop web-based products
Work with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and other stakeholders to design and build new features and products to predefined requirements
Build and maintain the Design System with other designers; lead and evangelist of the Design System across the development cycle, ensuring it is scalable, cohesive, and reflective of the brand
Lead the thought and strategy process in driving the design direction of products
Conduct user research when necessary to optimize user experience and address pain points
Take ownership of UI/UX design for mobile and desktop web-based products and marketing efforts
Work closely with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to design and build features/products that deliver customer value
Create intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning user experiences
Collaborate with other designers to develop a scalable, cohesive design system reflective of the brand
