Requirements

  • Significant experience in HR technology, particularly with Workday
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Workday’s modules, specifically Total Rewards Compensation, Core HCM, and Security
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of HRIS specialists
  • Experience leading HR technology strategy projects, including process redesign, standardization, and merger/integration support
  • Deep understanding of compensation principles, practices, and regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of HRIS specialists
  • Set team goals, provide feedback, and support professional development
  • Monitor workload and team performance
  • Foster a collaborative environment
  • Design and build Workday solutions in the Compensation space (plans, incentive plans, components, eligibility, grids, statements)
  • Configure and manage advanced compensation requirements (long-term incentive plans, stock options, executive compensation)
  • Lead HR technology strategy projects
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Gather requirements and lead configuration design sessions
  • Prepare and support Annual Compensation Planning and mid-year compensation cycles
  • Manage compensation data loads and security
  • Conduct data integrity and compliance audits
  • Serve as the primary daily contact to business owners
  • Build relationships internally and collaborate with cross-functional teams
