Advanced engineering, sales, educational, and technical support skills for complex field inquiries involving EP products
High degree of independence, perceived as a proven leader/mentor in the region
Ability to identify and use the most effective, cost-efficient business practices; evaluate their effectiveness
Exercises independent judgment in planning, organizing, and performing work; monitors performance
Technical proficiencies and performance at the highest level among Clinical Specialists in the region
Acts as the most senior clinical interface between the medical community and business
Demonstrates ability to build and sustain credible business relationships with customers and share product expertise
Thorough command of all EP products, related product and technical knowledge, trends, and players
Provides support on a 24-hour, on-call basis
Experience providing regional EP implant case coverage to high-share accounts
Ability to mentor and provide leadership to EP clinical support roles

Responsibilities

Provides advanced engineering, sales, educational, and technical support in response to complex field inquiries from physicians, health care professionals, patients, and field sales staff
Identifies, reports, and advises on customer needs, product performance, and potential sales opportunities to influence sales growth and service
Provides engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for the most complex inquiries on a 24-hour, on-call basis
Develops, leads, and/or facilitates trainings and programs on EP products for healthcare professionals
Provides insight, guidance, and feedback to management on market feedback and next-generation products
Provides regional EP implant case coverage to defined high-share accounts
Provides back-up support to EP Sales Representatives in sales support, regional training seminars, clinical studies/data collection, trouble shooting, and new product in-service training
Mentors and provides leadership to EP clinical support roles
Monitors performance and reports status to manager
