Candidates must have significant business process consulting experience within complex, global organizations and the ability to influence and consult in an Enterprise Software delivery environment. Experience in defining and deploying future-state business processes and identifying solutions from a people, process, and technology perspective is required. Experience and/or willingness to grow in ServiceNow Now Assist products is necessary, along with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, a customer-centric attitude, and experience working with diverse teams. Fluency in English is required, and experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is also required. Experience in advising and analyzing product strategies based on business priorities and experience in analyzing and recommending HR/ITSM strategies based on business priorities are also necessary qualifications.
The Principal Business Process Consultant will build long-term customer relationships through exceptional consulting and end-to-end process improvements, leveraging domain expertise to engage in early-stage process design. They will partner with technical consultants to lead workshops, gather requirements, and craft functional specifications, ensuring solutions align with business needs, address compliance deviations, and drive successful outcomes by analyzing workflows, implementing automation, and collaboration. This role involves collaborating with senior stakeholders to align on strategic goals, documenting requirements, and leading more complex implementations. Consultants will develop business process thought leadership, analyze current processes and workflows to identify improvement areas, define measures for improvement using the ServiceNow platform, and share insights with product teams while advocating for leading practices. They will also coach and mentor junior team members, share learnings and new practices across the BPC community, and contribute to the continuous improvement of leading practices. This is a customer-facing role with some travel within EMEA.
