Requirements

5+ years of experience as an Architect in enterprise environments, preferably in a consulting capacity
Demonstrated experience with AWS services and cloud architecture principles
Ability to clearly communicate technical objectives and solutions while cultivating professional client relationships
Builds trust with senior stakeholders through transparency, strategic updates, and reliable delivery
Proactively identifies and mitigates risks that could impact customer success or project alignment

Responsibilities

Serve as a technical advisor and thought leader across multiple workstreams and strategic customer engagements
Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and design high-impact, cloud solutions
Lead discovery sessions, create and present technical artifacts, and define long-term architectural strategy
Guide small teams or oversee larger teams through implementation and delivery
Contribute to Agile ceremonies and provide architectural direction across internal and external projects
Create and share public-facing content that showcases Caylent’s innovation and technical leadership
Support pre-sales through proposal development, scoping, and technical estimation
Mentor Architects and Engineers across projects and practices to elevate technical execution and growth
Represent Caylent with delivery excellence and deep technical leadership
