Requirements

Experience executing the strategic vision for Enterprise Architecture practice under leadership guidance
Expertise in architecting and developing agentic IT capabilities for business operations, workload orchestration, and user-facing automation
Proficiency in building LLM-powered agents using tools like MS Copilot Studio and Salesforce Agentforce
Skills in designing orchestration flows with frameworks/platforms such as Agentforce, CoPilot, LangGraph, CrewAI, or LangChain
Knowledge of implementing grounding strategies using retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) with internal documentation, knowledge articles, cases, DWH, etc
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including application teams, business partners, infrastructure, and automation teams
Breadth and depth of experience in developing business relationships and ensuring technology alignment
Capability to lead, own, and govern AI vision, roadmap, architecture design patterns, data tools, and principles aligned to IT strategy
Experience consulting and collaborating cross-organizationally to support end-to-end capability delivery
Ability to own, report, and consult on the health and risks of the technical domain

Responsibilities
