This is not a remote position; it requires working at the medical center located at 906 Bingham Drive, Fayetteville, NC 28304.

Required qualifications include being a Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) graduate, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification (or board eligible), an active non-probationary unrestricted State License, an active DEA license, and US work authorization.

Physicians operate at a single medical center supported by large care teams, allowing focus on quality care rather than volume. The model emphasizes collaboration with regional and central leadership, Practice Managers, and care teams to meet health quality goals in a value-based care setting.

Strong candidates have fellowship training in Geriatrics, experience with geriatric populations, value-based healthcare models, collaborative settings, outpatient primary care, and bilingual proficiency where applicable.
