Board-certified Primary Care Physician
At least three years of clinical experience
Experience supervising Nurse Practitioners or other healthcare professionals
Prior experience running a clinic or a clinical program (highly desired)

Responsibilities

Deliver primary care within an interdisciplinary team, ensuring effective, patient-centered care
Provide supervision and teaching to a team of Nurse Practitioners, fostering a collaborative and supportive clinical environment
Manage quality oversight and collaborative practice agreements across multiple states
Lead weekly interdisciplinary rounds (3 hours/week) and readmission conferences to review high-risk patients
Champion a patient-centered and open clinical culture, fostering trust and empowerment within the team
Advocate for primary care equity and accessibility within the organization and community
Provide feedback to improve clinical tools and systems
Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with high capacity for change management, agility, innovation, and process improvements to enhance primary care delivery
