Candidates must possess a minimum of three years’ experience in pricing, project accounting, or financial analysis, demonstrating advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling. Experience managing project-based financials, including T&M, fixed price, and wider unit-level reporting, is required, along with familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or similar.
The Pricing and Project Accounting Lead will develop, use, and maintain pricing models for proposals and active projects, partnering with delivery and business unit leads to create competitive and strategic pricing. They will support forecasting, budgeting, and tracking of actuals at both project and business unit levels, providing clear financial tracking including budget vs. actuals, revenue recognition, and invoicing. The role involves monitoring performance, highlighting variances, assisting proposal responses with accurate costing, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure financial controls are understood and followed.
