Catalight is seeking a Finance Business Partner to drive financial strategy, support decision-making, and ensure fiscal stewardship across Catalight and its affiliated organizations (FoC). This role involves partnering with leadership across clinical, operational, and development teams to align financial planning with the organization's mission, individual care goals, and grant-funded initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for advancing equitable, community-centered healthcare. This position is suited for an individual committed to mission-driven work within a nonprofit healthcare environment where financial excellence directly impacts improved lives and expanded access to care.
