Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Partner or in a similar financial role within a non-profit or healthcare organization. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills are required, along with experience in budget planning, forecasting, and financial reporting. Knowledge of nonprofit accounting standards, including fund accounting, and experience with grant management is highly desirable.
The Finance Business Partner will analyze financial performance, trends, and variances to provide actionable insights for strategic and operational decisions, leading the annual budget planning process and developing financial reports for leadership. They will also provide scenario analysis and financial modeling to support new initiatives, align financial strategy with the organization's mission, and support grant and contract budgeting, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and facilitating data-informed decision-making across operations and clinical teams.
