Responsibilities

The Prescription Coordinator will answer patient queries via telephone and email, maintain patients' electronic health records, and keep full and accurate records of prescriptions. They will work closely with the pharmacy and clinical teams to ensure the smooth dispensing and delivery of medication to patients, update patients on any changes to their prescriptions, and collaborate with partner pharmacies to ensure correct delivery and dispensing of prescriptions. Additionally, they will support operational and clinical recruitment and onboarding, collate feedback, and liaise with the Head of Governance on complaints and compliments. Reporting incidents and significant events, supporting clinicians with operational queries, liaising with product and tech support on technical issues, and working with the team on service improvement are also key responsibilities. Attendance at work-related meetings and maintaining all mandatory training and familiarity with company policies and SOPs are required.
