Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of pre-sales solution consulting experience, preferably in an enterprise SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, practices, and tools is preferred
  • Generative AI Proficiency for the Pre-Sales / GTM role use cases
  • Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, motivated, and proactive in all situations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with experience in preparing and delivering presentations
  • A positive, friendly, and approachable demeanor with a strong customer service orientation
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive
  • A demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

  • Interact with prospects and customers to understand business/technical requirements and translate them into tailored technical solutions
  • Deliver clear, professional technical product presentations to prospects and customers
  • Assist in crafting competitive messaging to position Conductor effectively in the market
  • Work closely with Sales Managers and Sales team members on the technical aspects of the sales cycle to meet company goals
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of Conductor’s products and their application to meet customer needs
  • Stay current with industry trends and maintain a solid level of industry acumen
  • Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and security requirements in a timely manner
  • Attend and represent Conductor at tradeshows, conferences, and other industry events
  • Conduct all business in alignment with Conductor’s core values, policies, and procedures
