Presales Solution Consultant, CRM Workflows

The ideal candidate possesses 4+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in the Customer Experience, Customer Service Management, CRM, or Customer Engagement industry. They should have experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, and have worked on complex deals with Commercial customers in a matrix team. Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or cloud software solutions, along with pitch-perfect communication, writing, and presentation skills, is essential. Demonstrated relationship-building skills with success in developing C-level relationships and the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical decision-makers are also required.
