Requirements

  • Background in Technology, Consulting, or Marketing (MBA is a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience supporting sales teams by creating impactful sales materials, proposals, and pitches, ideally in B2B environments (experience in marketing or consulting welcome)
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Google Workspace; skilled in turning data and ideas into impactful visuals
  • Comfortable using CRM and project management tools (e.g., Pipedrive or JIRA)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities

  • Act as central point of contact for presales activities globally, supporting regional commercial teams
  • Lead creation of proposals, business cases, and RFPs backed by solid numbers and insights
  • Craft financial models and commercial forecasts for data-driven decisions
  • Develop high-quality sales and pitch materials communicating technical and commercial value
  • Manage global sales funnel pipeline accuracy and reporting
  • Partner with Sales and Product teams to align proposals on feasibility and executability
  • Support key client discussions or presentations representing presales perspective
  • Research market and competitor trends (technologies, customer behaviors)
  • Build concise, actionable reports guiding commercial and product strategies
  • Identify opportunities to stay ahead of market curves
  • Collaborate with Product teams to translate capabilities into compelling customer narratives
  • Create product stories via presentations, one-pagers, and pitches
  • Support internal activations to keep teams informed, aligned, and inspired
  • Occasionally create or support social media or campaign content highlighting commercial strengths
