Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience working either as a Pre-Sales, Sales Engineer, Engagement Management, or LMS implementation consultant, ideally in the SaaS industry
  • A consultative selling background
  • Knowledge of enterprise technologies and systems, including SSO, CRM, ERP or HRIS
  • Proven ability to demonstrate technical expertise while interacting with high level stakeholders such as CTO, CISO
  • Ability to lead technical workshops (ex: SaaS integrations, Middleware, ETL, API, Web Services, …)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Native German and business fluent English proficiency; other languages are a plus
  • Enthusiasm for our culture

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert of 360Learning ways of working through onboarding process on Convexity (within 1 month)
  • Meet the global team through virtual coffee meets and happy hours (within 1 month)
  • Master our value proposition through shadow meetings with AEs and intensive training with coach (within 1 month)
  • Learn our product in detail and support Product team with insights and feedback (within 1 month)
  • Define your first OKR (within 1 month)
  • Understand, master, and describe our product to prospects, addressing their questions (within 3 months)
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support (within 3 months)
  • Be a responsive and creative member of cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer success) by providing valued feedback (within 3 months)
  • Plan and configure products to meet presentation needs (within 3 months)
  • Collaborate with AEs to build engaging strategies to move deals forward in sales funnel (POC/pilot construction) (within 3 months)
  • Become a trusted advisor to all levels within prospective customer organizations from CEOs to Developers to Learning and Development Directors (within 6 months)
  • Be identified as a prime expert by Account Executives to support them in prospective contexts (within 6 months)
  • Share expertise with other team members and 360Learners (within 6 months)
  • Contribute to growing the Presales Consultant department by identifying best practices, designing new processes, and creating new contributions (within 12 months)
  • Work alongside sales team members at every step of the sales process (within 12 months)
  • Help shape the Presales Consultant team by recruiting colleagues (within 12 months)
  • Work at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align customer growth objectives with 360learning capabilities
  • Become an internal expert in our technology and develop deep understanding of customer usage and value
  • Bridge the gap between product development strategic direction and market needs
