Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets with a core focus on Seasonal Hospitality – both existing in terms of renewals – and net new business
  • Implement strategies to drive revenue growth in line with organisational goals, especially in terms of upselling and cross selling from match by match into seasonal products
  • Collaborate with the sales team and be comfortable working to KPI’s and ambitious sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Drive sales with gravitas, an intelligent approach and inquisitive mind to enable learning relating to margin, costs, pricing and operational delivery
  • Participate in team initiatives that contribute to project achievements, including role modelling best practice in sales activities such as networking and client meetings and CRM usage
  • Proactively pursue sales targets and objectives set by the Premium Sales Lead and senior client leadership team
  • Ensure accurate data entry into the CRM system, maintaining rich customer data
  • Manage a detailed pipeline, including sales estimates for reporting purposes
