Requirements

  • 5-7 years plus of proven sales experience, ideally in ticket sales, hospitality, or within the sports industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills to effectively build and present sales proposals
  • Experience in managing high-value clients, including sponsors, corporate partners, and VIPs
  • Ability to confidently negotiate contracts and close sales while maximizing revenue
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and other software to track performance and manage leads
  • Experience working with event teams or managing live event sales
  • Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, event, and sponsorship teams to drive sales efforts

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various lead generation methods
  • Create compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to meet the needs of corporate prospects
  • Manage negotiations with key clients, closing deals while maximising revenue and meeting targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and high-value clients to ensure excellent customer service and retention
  • Continuously monitor ticket and hospitality sales trends, competitor offerings, and market demands
  • Ensure that all delivery of contracts are seamlessly transitioned and set up for event-day success
  • Appoint, liaise and manage appointment of 3rd party sales agents, to provide maximal market coverage – especially in the Middle East for year 1
  • Travel to meetings, conferences, and events as needed to drive opportunities forward
