Ability to evaluate, configure, and troubleshoot integration solutions across diverse platforms and technologies

Responsibilities
Collaborate with Sales Executives and Client Managers to understand client needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Act as the technical subject matter expert during pre-sales engagements, including product demonstrations, solution design, and proposal development
Design and present tailored integration solutions using APIs and platform capabilities
Work closely with internal teams and partners to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and align with product roadmap
Contribute and assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation, integration guides, knowledge base articles, and solution architecture diagrams for clients and internal teams
Lead technical discovery sessions with prospective clients to assess integration requirements and constraints
Provide post-sales support during onboarding and implementation phases to ensure smooth integration and client satisfaction
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to inform solution strategy
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language for stakeholders
Support RFP/RFI responses with detailed technical input and solution architecture
