Requirements

  • Ability to evaluate, configure, and troubleshoot integration solutions across diverse platforms and technologies

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales Executives and Client Managers to understand client needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Act as the technical subject matter expert during pre-sales engagements, including product demonstrations, solution design, and proposal development
  • Design and present tailored integration solutions using APIs and platform capabilities
  • Work closely with internal teams and partners to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and align with product roadmap
  • Contribute and assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation, integration guides, knowledge base articles, and solution architecture diagrams for clients and internal teams
  • Lead technical discovery sessions with prospective clients to assess integration requirements and constraints
  • Provide post-sales support during onboarding and implementation phases to ensure smooth integration and client satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to inform solution strategy
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language for stakeholders
  • Support RFP/RFI responses with detailed technical input and solution architecture
  • Other duties as reasonably requested by Global Payments AU/NZ
