Requirements

3-5 years of experience in the institutional financial markets
Comprehensive understanding of fixed income/credit markets (gained via experience at a data vendor, financial institution, asset manager or consulting firm is a plus)
Good knowledge of credit and risk management workflows with an understanding of relevant industry solutions, their value proposition and how they drive value to various client segments
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Results-driven individual who can effectively engage with contacts across various client segments

Responsibilities

Revenue Generation - Working with Sales Specialists, Renewal Specialists and other partners to develop and execute strategic/tactical plans to meet and exceed sales & retention quotas
Client Engagement – Partner with Sales Specialists, Renewal Specialists and other teams on client engagements, work with senior Pre-sales Engineers on diagnostic & negotiation discussions, designing of workflow solutions, supporting trials/proof of concepts/RFPs, workshops, etc
Market Feedback/Outreach – Gather & communicate market feedback, competitive intelligence and regulatory/legal/compliance developments in the credit & risk space, providing recommendations to the APAC Credit Services Sales leadership team and stakeholders on impacts/opportunities; contribute to thought leadership seminars/conferences/research papers
Global Collaboration – Arrange regular cadence with global peers to support global initiatives and sharing of best practices and use cases; liaise with peers (Sales & Marketing, Business Line, Support teams, etc.) regarding technical challenges, sales and product strategies to drive exceptional client experience
Go-To-Market (GTM) – Work with sales team (Sales Specialists, Account Management, Pre-sales Engineers), business line/support team, and marketing to support GTM campaigns and other strategically important business initiatives
Intra & Cross-Divisional Collaboration - Deepen understanding of the value proposition of all products managed by Credit Services and other synergistic capabilities within Market Intelligence and other SPGI divisions as it relates to credit & risk workflows; support synergy initiatives with Sales Specialists, Account Managers and other divisional partners
