Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in the institutional financial markets
  • Comprehensive understanding of fixed income/credit markets (gained via experience at a data vendor, financial institution, asset manager or consulting firm is a plus)
  • Good knowledge of credit and risk management workflows with an understanding of relevant industry solutions, their value proposition and how they drive value to various client segments
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Results-driven individual who can effectively engage with contacts across various client segments

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Generation - Working with Sales Specialists, Renewal Specialists and other partners to develop and execute strategic/tactical plans to meet and exceed sales & retention quotas
  • Client Engagement – Partner with Sales Specialists, Renewal Specialists and other teams on client engagements, work with senior Pre-sales Engineers on diagnostic & negotiation discussions, designing of workflow solutions, supporting trials/proof of concepts/RFPs, workshops, etc
  • Market Feedback/Outreach – Gather & communicate market feedback, competitive intelligence and regulatory/legal/compliance developments in the credit & risk space, providing recommendations to the APAC Credit Services Sales leadership team and stakeholders on impacts/opportunities; contribute to thought leadership seminars/conferences/research papers
  • Global Collaboration – Arrange regular cadence with global peers to support global initiatives and sharing of best practices and use cases; liaise with peers (Sales & Marketing, Business Line, Support teams, etc.) regarding technical challenges, sales and product strategies to drive exceptional client experience
  • Go-To-Market (GTM) – Work with sales team (Sales Specialists, Account Management, Pre-sales Engineers), business line/support team, and marketing to support GTM campaigns and other strategically important business initiatives
  • Intra & Cross-Divisional Collaboration - Deepen understanding of the value proposition of all products managed by Credit Services and other synergistic capabilities within Market Intelligence and other SPGI divisions as it relates to credit & risk workflows; support synergy initiatives with Sales Specialists, Account Managers and other divisional partners
