They will clarify the enrollment process and timeline, address concerns and questions about billing practices, and work closely with the Enrollment team to ensure accurate information. The role involves providing empathetic communication through phone, email, and chat, tracking interactions in the CRM system, and maintaining a thorough understanding of the dental coverage program and any policy changes, ultimately aiming to reduce anxiety and confusion for residents and their families.
