Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of professional experience in Java and JavaScript development, with proven expertise in Spring, REST, SQL, and Git. They should also have 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering software solutions independently and as part of a collaborative team, along with strong interpersonal skills and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, are required, as is the ability to manage priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.

Responsibilities

The Technical Implementations Lead will actively engage with customers to support their implementation projects within the scope of Smile Digital Health’s products and services, including configuring the Smile platform, scripting, troubleshooting, designing technical solutions, and providing architectural guidance. They will develop expertise in Smile’s core technologies and standards, such as HL7, FHIR, OpenID Connect, Kubernetes, Java, JavaScript, JSON, and XML, while collaborating with other subject matter experts. The role involves managing priorities, staying current with industry trends, collaborating with customer-facing teams, serving as a resource for technical support analysts, participating in on-call support, supporting the development of RFIs and RFPs, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting of working hours in NetSuite.
