Requirements

Candidates should possess over 5 years of experience as a polished senior leader, comfortable working across all levels of organizations and a range of industry sectors. An advanced understanding of workers compensation insurance policy and claims service delivery, and associated risk management implications is viewed favorably.

Responsibilities

The Practice Group Manager will provide thought leadership and technical insight to innovate and enhance solutions, own the roadmap for the technological development of new and existing processes and service offerings, advocate customer-focused solutions to business problems, and lead and facilitate innovation and continuous improvement workshops. They will also provide technical findings to the business in non-technical terms, conduct research, modelling, forecasting, measuring, and reporting to support business decisions, and provide expert stakeholder management and subject matter expertise to the business.
