Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong technical expertise in Python 3, TypeScript, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and React is required, as well as experience with Postgres, Redis, DynamoDB, AWS (Fargate, ECS, S3), and data streaming technologies like Spark, Flink, and Kafka.

You will be responsible for driving product strategy, prioritizing features, overseeing the development lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions, and contribute to the overall mission of Headway.
