Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow relationships with customers to generate new opportunities, meet demands, and advance business within the practice
  • Create and execute strategic plans and routing schedules for the territory to capitalize on revenue from highest potential customers
  • Set clear objectives for sales calls or meetings; tailor materials for presentations to decision makers and influencers; ask relevant questions to evaluate interest and address needs
  • Use expertise to identify products/services meeting customer needs, including quantities and configurations; present with rationale to gain agreement
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create executional plans meeting customer and organization needs
  • Execute marketing plans for specific products to change customer behavior and drive adoption
  • Attain quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Meet call metrics including reach and frequency to targeted accounts
