Requirements

Candidates must be US Citizens eligible for a low-level security clearance and possess a Bachelor's degree. Required experience includes over 3 years with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse), proficiency in requirement gathering and application translation, a strong grasp of data modeling, integration methods, and platform governance. Experience with canvas apps, model-driven apps, enterprise workflow automation, and security/compliance within Microsoft 365/Power Platform is necessary, along with excellent communication skills. Bonus qualifications include knowledge of Medicaid/CHIP programs, CMS systems, Federal health IT, Power Virtual Agents, AI Builder, or Teams/SharePoint integration.

Responsibilities

The Power Platform Engineer will collaborate with users and stakeholders to identify needs and develop secure, scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. Responsibilities include designing and building applications, workflows, dashboards, and data models to streamline processes, improve reporting, and integrate with existing systems. The role involves managing the entire solution lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and user adoption, ensuring adherence to Federal accessibility, security, and compliance standards. Additionally, the engineer will support complex integrations and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation.
