Requirements

Candidates should possess at least two years of experience editing video ads, either in-house or at an agency, and proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop. They should also be familiar with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Creative Center, YouTube Ads, and Google’s ad tools, demonstrating a strong grasp of short-form content trends and platform-specific formats. Furthermore, candidates must be able to work on multiple versions of a project and implement feedback efficiently, and be available to work PST hours.

Responsibilities

The Post-Production Editor will edit short-form videos for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google placements, developing multiple variations of each creative based on briefs, data, and audience insights. They will collaborate with strategists, producers, and media buyers to align content with campaign goals, applying different editing techniques to test performance across platforms and utilizing UGC, typography, motion graphics, and VFX when relevant to enhance quality. The role also involves working alongside paid media and strategy teams and using Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Mac OS.
