Requirements

  • 8+ years of international portfolio and category experience from leading FMCG, CE, or co-marketing organizations
  • Experience in managing international portfolios and category strategies
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate market insights into effective campaigns
  • Experience in partnering with GCO Category organization
  • Experience managing key partnerships to amplify brand messages
  • Ability to align strategies, campaigns, and KPIs with country leads and teams
  • Experience with NPI launches
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 30-40% of the time for on-site meetings

Responsibilities

  • Use market insights from country organizations to translate global and regional Promo & Category strategies into effective campaigns and activities in European markets
  • Partner with the GCO Category organization and act as the daily point of contact on portfolio optimization
  • Manage and integrate key partnerships to amplify the Logitech category and marketing messages
  • Align strategies, campaigns, execution, and performance KPIs with country leads and country teams
  • Deliver KPIs for products in Personal Workspace, achieving revenue and profitability targets and strategic objectives
  • Provide the Head of Category with key insights and detailed analysis to support NPI launches for key products in Europe
  • Drive implementation and execution of campaigns with the Personal Workspace Marketing Manager and country teams
  • Act as a business partner for commercial aspects of the Personal Workspace category with country points of contact – especially for market performance analysis (GfK), strategy development and presentation, identification of new opportunities, and business performance
  • Drive cross-country collaboration, share best practices, and adapt successful activities for execution in other countries, channels, or customers
  • Drive efficient distribution models by proactively supporting and challenging country contacts for key partners in the development of their portfolio, ranges, and space allocations
  • Conduct regular video call meetings with country points of contact, including Marketing Managers and Account Managers
  • Conduct regular on-site meetings with customers and country teams
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Personal Workspace
