Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients to support and onboard the Kahua Construction Management Software
  • Gather and analyze client requirements to tailor solutions effectively
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding and implementation phases
  • Lead full-scope implementations, including requirements gathering
  • Lead full-scope implementations, including business process analysis
  • Lead full-scope implementations, including configuration and testing of the software
  • Lead full-scope implementations, including conducting user training
  • Address escalated issues to identify root causes and propose solutions
  • Collaborate with operational teams to align software functionality with business objectives
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction

  • Perform system testing during implementations
  • Write reports and, if applicable, work with SQL for advanced data analysis
