Candidates should possess a High School diploma or GED, and preferred experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and correcting diverse plumbing service issues, along with a valid driver's license and approval by the company's insurance carrier.
The Plumbing Service Technician will create a positive customer experience by completing service calls correctly and adhering to Hiller standards, adjust and repair sewage and sump pumps, communicate the benefits of Club Memberships, complete required documentation and collect fees, provide accurate pricing, cut and install pipes, perform plumbing inspections, repair drain and water lines, prepare detailed finding reports with pictures and present repair options to customers, and perform other duties as assigned.
