Satisfy all registration, licensing, and certification requirements according to the State’s Board of Pharmacy guidelines
Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at each workstation

Remain flexible for scheduling and business needs, including voluntary travel to other stores

Responsibilities

Support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence
Assist as the first point of contact for patients and customers to provide an exceptional experience
Ensure pharmacy operations run smoothly, prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately
Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at workstations (e.g., production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off) for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy, creating personalized moments, offering immunizations and services, and solving or escalating patient problems
Complete basic inventory activities as permitted by law and directed (e.g., putting away medication deliveries, cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, waiting bin inventories)
Contribute to a high-performing, safe, inclusive, and engaging team dynamic
