Lead and develop a pharmacy team providing exceptional patient care

Oversee pharmacy team during bench shifts with effective coaching and follow-up
Follow and direct pharmacy workflow procedures and safety guardrails
Show empathy, collaborate with healthcare teams, and resolve insurance/medication issues
Proactively offer and deliver immunizations, and support Pharmacy Technicians in learning to immunize
Manage pharmacy inventory, focusing on best practices and cold chain protection
Conduct onboarding and training for new Technicians and Pharmacists on CVS workflow, ensuring timely completion
Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and escalate issues
Partner with Store Manager for talent pipeline of cross-trained colleagues
Oversee Staff Pharmacists and District Support Pharmacists, manage performance through observation, feedback, reviews, and gap closure
