Responsibilities
- Assist the pharmacy team to ensure pharmacy operations run smoothly
- Fill prescriptions promptly, safely, and accurately
- Provide caring service that exceeds patient expectations
- Apply didactic learning from pharmacy school and pharmacy practice
- Complete a comprehensive training roadmap within 120 days of graduation
- Assist with patient safety and error prevention
- Contribute to quality assurance drug utilization review (DUR)
- Demonstrate empathy and genuine care in all customer and colleague interactions
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices
- Support the management, oversight, and operations within the pharmacy
- Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each pharmacy workstation
