The Retail Personal Banker Associate II will be responsible for selling a full range of banking products and services to meet customer needs, building relationships, and promoting customer satisfaction. They will utilize the consultative sales process, conduct Financial Needs Assessments, cross-sell products, engage in outside sales activities, and maintain relationships with Business Partners to provide holistic financial solutions. Additionally, they will provide guidance to CSRs and consistently meet production goals while adhering to risk management policies.
