The Foreclosure Specialist II will manage the foreclosure process for assigned mortgage loan portfolios, communicating with foreclosure attorneys to minimize delays, resolving contested actions, providing status updates to investors, generating reports, ensuring investor deadlines are met, preparing bidding instructions, reviewing VA appraiser invoices, performing document reviews, preparing equity analysis, providing sale results, managing daily QC, monitoring emails, requesting disbursements, and adhering to compliance and operational risk controls.
