Requirements

Responsibilities

The Permitting Manager will be responsible for concisely and efficiently communicating requirements to third parties, including government agencies, homeowner associations, and operations teams. They will assist with version control and ensure permit packages meet customer specifications. Additionally, they will serve as the main point of contact for permit inquiries, feedback, and revisions for their assigned territory and leverage data and reporting to track, improve, and provide transparency into performance.
