A proven track record managing approximately $200K+/mo budgets across multiple social platforms is required, along with deep experience in creative and landing page strategy and testing. Experience leading UGC content development, strong analytical skills with tools like GA4, Mode, or Looker, and experience optimizing for downstream metrics like CAC, trial-to-sub conversion, and LTV:CAC are also expected. The candidate must be located in or willing to overlap with the Pacific Time Zone.
The Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Social will manage and scale paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit to achieve LTV:CAC targets. They will own the creative and landing page testing roadmap, collaborating cross-functionally to design experiments for optimizing ads and on-site experiences. This role involves program managing ad production, leading performance analysis for paid social and new channels, and researching, testing, and scaling emerging paid channels to unlock incremental growth. The manager will also stay updated on platform changes, creative trends, and audience behaviors to maintain a competitive acquisition strategy.
