Requirements

Candidates must be skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools and comfortable editing short-form video using Premiere, After Effects, or similar software. A deep understanding of paid social ad creative best practices and B2B audiences is essential, with the ability to make complex offerings feel simple and compelling. Prior B2B advertising or enterprise SaaS experience is highly preferred, as is familiarity with creative best practices for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. The ideal candidate can combine design and copy ideas for scroll-stopping ads and possesses an organized, responsive work style for fast turnaround timelines.

Responsibilities

The Paid Ads Creative Designer will produce 2-3 new high-quality ad creatives per week in static, GIF, and short-form video formats. Responsibilities include ideating and executing creative concepts to reach the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), adapting ideas across multiple platforms and aspect ratios (1:1, 9:16, 16:9), and incorporating data and feedback from past campaign performance into new iterations. The designer will collaborate with the performance marketing team on creative strategy and concepting, maintain a consistent brand voice and style, and proactively share fresh creative ideas inspired by trends and competitor analysis.
