Requirements

  • Proficiency in SQL and knowledge in marketing and attribution analysis
  • 5+ years of proven experience in the digital marketing field in the capacity of a Performance Marketing Specialist or a similar position
  • Familiarity with mobile attribution providers (i.e. Adjust, Appsflyer), ad platforms (i.e. Meta, Google Ads, etc.) and key metrics
  • Strong analytics skills and a data-driven mindset
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Korean (mandatory)

  • Lead analysis on marketing and attribution
  • Partner with GTM Asia Team to lead performance and brand media marketing
  • Optimize campaign performance to meet business objectives
  • Stay informed regarding new tools, partners, tactics, and market trends to discover new growth opportunities
  • Communicate with stakeholders and make recommendations by identifying key insights from campaign performance
