Requirements

  • 4+ years of T-Shaped digital marketing work experience with strong knowledge of Paid Advertising (Google, Meta), Website Solutions (UX/CRO), and SEO fundamentals
  • Post-secondary education in a related field
  • 2+ years agency experience as a digital marketing subject matter expert, with a large client territory
  • 2+ years of customer success experience
  • Automotive Industry experience (significant asset)
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4
  • Experience in large budget online media planning, media buying or campaign management (asset)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills - strong ability to translate complex ideas up and down an organization
  • Strategic & Collaborative; gets the bigger picture – can work with internal & external teams to bring alignment to performance and vision
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment

Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing Business Strategy - Liaise monthly with clients to craft and implement effective digital marketing strategy (CRO, SEM, SEO) aligned with business goals & budget; track performance, provide analysis, and act as trusted consultant/advisor; translate results and initiatives across organizations
  • Maintain & Grow a Large Book of Business - Consistently complete performance reviews per business guidelines to strengthen relationships; regularly audit digital product and advertising performance, making refinements to align with strategic objectives
  • Supporting Customer Engagement, Growth and Retention as a Customer Success Expert - Build trust and strong relationships with dealers; drive high product adoption, identify growth opportunities, and reduce churn through proactive retention strategies and issue de-escalation
  • Proactively manage day-to-day operations of client accounts, including strategic account planning, performance reviews, training, technical support, and issue resolution
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Management teams within dealership clients to ensure success and alignment across initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while driving performance across Digital Advertising, Digital Retail, Website, and SEO product lines
