Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience in Building Automation Services or a related field, with Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering qualifications being viewed favorably. They require Fault Detection & Diagnostics and troubleshooting skills in Building Automation/Energy Management Systems, along with an understanding of technical documentation such as network topology diagrams and operational manuals.

Responsibilities

The Deployment & Activation Coordinator will work with Delivery Project Managers and Engineers throughout the project lifecycle, including pre-integrations, IoT integrations, and data tagging. They will serve as a Subject Matter Expert, supporting product, software development, customer support, and customer success teams through knowledge sharing, training, product testing, and troubleshooting. Additionally, they will review project documentation, perform data tagging and skill activation across multiple sites, conduct quality assurance reviews, review data within the Willow platform, and ensure data accuracy and quality. They will also utilize industry knowledge to create building digital twins and partner with other Willow teams to support customer-facing discovery sessions and workshops.
