Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in data transformation, data management, and ETL processes. They should also possess 2+ years of experience documenting business and system requirements, processes, workflows, and test plans. A working knowledge of Python for 2 to 3+ years and 2+ years of experience with data visualization tools like Microsoft Power BI or Tableau are required. Excellent time management, attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, critical thinking, and creative thinking are also essential. The candidate must have the ability and desire to learn new skills and techniques and thrive on ambiguous or challenging projects.

Responsibilities

The Performance Analyst will analyze operational data to understand performance and trends, identifying opportunities for improvement. They will proactively identify and implement process efficiency improvements, including documentation and automation. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining reports and dashboards for customers and internal stakeholders, measuring performance against targets, and supporting company data infrastructure development. The role also involves QCing and verifying data accuracy and completeness, and supporting team members with analytics and reporting requests.
