Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or significant HR Ops experience, with at least 2 years of experience in People Operations, HRIS, or a similar role. A minimum of 2 years of Workday experience is required, along with superior written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, a commitment to confidentiality, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with a customer service focus. The ideal candidate takes initiative, identifies process improvements, and enjoys teamwork.
The People Technology Analyst will manage the Workday HCM platform, maintain data quality and governance, and support project management initiatives. Responsibilities include detailing project requirements for reports and enhancements, documenting solutions and creating process workflows, staying informed about Workday functionality, developing and delivering Workday reports and training, performing Workday audits for accuracy, responding to basic Workday process questions, conducting tier 1 troubleshooting, escalating issues as needed, and performing general tasks such as data loading, report generation, and managing Workday security, business processes, and job codes.
