Requirements

Candidates must possess outstanding written and verbal German communication skills, which is a requirement, along with outstanding written and verbal English communication skills and a minimum of 2-3 years of prior experience in a similar role or field of work. Excellent MS Office Suite skills and experience are also required, and experience with UKG and ADP platforms is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

As a People Operations Coordinator, the role involves coordination and processing of people-related data and documentation, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits for the German region market. It also includes organizing and maintaining personnel records within HRIS and payroll platforms, providing first-class support to employees in Germany by managing a People team inbox and responding to inquiries, collaborating with the Payroll Manager, engaging with Talent Acquisition and IT for equipment procurement, conducting mass uploads into HRIS systems, supporting People Partners with administration and projects, and liaising with the reporting team to obtain data and insights. The role also involves strategic partnership with People Partners in various locations and supporting other EMEA locations as needed.
