Responsibilities

The People Operations Manager will manage all HRIS activities including payroll, compensation, benefits, and LMS, serving as the UKG subject matter expert. Responsibilities include designing and improving compensation and benefits programs, maintaining databases for data-driven decision-making, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements, and acting as a liaison with benefit brokers. The role also involves owning the monthly people dashboard, analyzing HR data, improving HR business processes, training employees, and assisting with ad hoc HR duties in a fast-paced environment.
