Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field, and a minimum of 7 years of experience in a people services or shared service center environment. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, along with experience in overseeing HR operational processes such as onboarding, employee documentation, contract management, time and attendance, payroll, benefits, and offboarding. Familiarity with HR compliance standards and regional compliances is also required.

Responsibilities

As the People Experience Service Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading the operational management and delivery of people services throughout the employee lifecycle, optimizing processes, maintaining KPIs and SLAs, and scaling operations to meet the evolving needs of the organization. Your duties include leading a high-performing team, overseeing key HR operational processes, managing day-to-day activities to ensure service delivery, identifying and implementing process improvements, partnering with stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy, monitoring service metrics, preparing reports, supporting transformation projects, and managing escalated queries while adhering to HR compliance standards.
