Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field, with a Master's degree being preferred. A minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience is required, including at least 2 years in a business partner or HR leadership role. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, drive strategic initiatives, and lead organizational change and transformation is essential. Strong understanding of talent management, leadership development, and organizational design is necessary, along with curiosity and comfort with emerging technologies like AI and digital tools. Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills, coupled with a data-driven mindset, are also required. Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed, or tech-forward environment is preferred.
The People & Culture Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives and providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development. They will lead talent management efforts, including succession planning, performance enablement, and leadership development, while championing a culture of continuous learning, psychological safety, and inclusive leadership. This role involves driving employee engagement strategies, leading change initiatives with empathy and clarity, and facilitating team effectiveness and conflict resolution. The partner will also use data and analytics to assess organizational health and recommend improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into people practices responsibly. Additionally, they will educate leaders and employees on embracing AI tools and stay current on trends in AI, automation, and the future of work to inform HR strategy.
