Requirements

Responsibilities

As an Associate People Business Partner, the role involves serving as the first point of contact for employee relations, coaching and training managers, advising on employee questions and policies, collaborating on employee engagement initiatives, assisting with People Operations work, partnering with Legal and People teams on compliance, and using data to identify trends and areas for improvement while helping shape and uphold a culture rooted in transparency, inclusion, growth, and accountability.
