Position Overview

  • Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 (depending on experience)

As an (Associate) People Business Partner at Limble, you will partner directly with leaders to strategically shape and elevate the People function in a high-growth SaaS environment. You will leverage your collaboration and communication skills to coach leaders, drive engagement, support change management, and execute organizational goals. Reporting to the VP of People, this role supports the organization's growth while fostering an inclusive, transparent, and high-performing culture.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations across the company, resolving conflicts and navigating sensitive situations to foster a positive and equitable employee experience.
  • Coach and train managers to build leadership capabilities and ensure consistency in team leadership, support, and growth.
  • Advise on a wide range of employee questions, policies, and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on initiatives related to employee engagement.
  • Assist with day-to-day People Operations tasks, including onboarding/offboarding support, reporting, recruiting, and benefits administration.
  • Partner with Legal and People teams to ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
  • Utilize data and insights to identify trends and areas for improvement, proactively addressing issues.
  • Help shape and uphold a culture rooted in transparency, inclusion, growth, and accountability.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations, preferably within a high-growth SaaS organization.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, with a track record of managing sensitive issues with care, clarity, and consistency.
  • Ability to support remote teams across multiple states.
  • Willingness to balance strategic work with administrative or operational tasks.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • A flexible and adaptive mindset, comfortable thriving in the ambiguity of a high-growth startup environment.
